1. In your experience, what are the stereotypes and biases that male physicians are most likely to have toward female patients? Toward male patients? And what are the stereotypes and biases that female physicians are most like to have toward male and female patients?

2. If you were responsible for developing a training program for healthcare professionals around the topic of how to interact with and treat their male and female patients in a manner that is not gender-biased, what topics would you include and why?
3. What kinds of exercises would include in the training to help healthcare professionals recognized their own gender stereotypes?
4. How would you explain to healthcare professionals why it is so important for them to have this training? What would you describe as the benefits?
