Observe the flow of communication in the interactions within your organization. On the basis of your observations, identify, integrate, and cite the approaches and theories that you believe are reflected in the communication processes. Record any examples that support your observations. Analyze the communication practices observed.
Consider the following in your analysis:
- Communication approaches used
- Applicable communication theories
- The power components of the applicable communication theories
- Concepts/terms/theories from the module readings
- Each of the content areas of the grading rubric
Your final product will be a Microsoft Word document, 2–4 pages long (not including the title page, references, or any appendices needed), double line spaced, and in 12 point Times New Roman font. Utilize at least three scholarly sources. Your paper should be formatted following current APA standards; be written in a clear, concise, and organized manner; demonstrate ethical scholarship in accurate representation and attribution of sources; and display accurate spelling, grammar, and punctuation.
