You are charged with creating a 12 to 16 question survey that will help you examine, discuss, and analyze the corporate culture in your current organization or one that you are familiar with. Consider the following issues as you develop your survey and work to analyze the findings:
the difference between job satisfaction and organizational culture,
an organization’s subcultures,
culture and organizational liability,
management and leadership style and ethical culture.
After designing the survey, administer it to at least two individuals in the organization and answer the survey yourself. Write a brief paper evaluating the process of administering the survey and what you learned from the responses you received. Please keep the name of the organization and the names of the individuals surveyed confidential.
Support your paper with a minimum of three (3) resources. In addition to these specified resources, other appropriate scholarly resources, including older articles, may be included.
Submit a document with two (2) components for a total of 4 – 6 pages:
Survey: Length: 1-2 pages not including title and reference pages
Analysis: Length: 3-4 pages not including title and reference pages
Your paper should demonstrate thoughtful consideration of the ideas and concepts that are presented in the course and provide new thoughts and insights relating directly to this topic. Your response should reflect scholarly writing and current APA standards where appropriate. Be sure to adhere to Northcentral University’s Academic Integrity Policy.
